Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites bluesevencleaning.com and bluesevencleaning.ca (the “Website”) and the cleaning services provided by 1001485587 Inc., operating as Blueseven Cleaning (“Blueseven,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By using our Website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or services.

2. About Us

Blueseven Cleaning is a trade name of 1001485587 Inc., an Ontario corporation. We provide residential cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services are performed by our employees or by independent contractors engaged by us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Website or book a service. By booking a service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Use of the Website

You may use our Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that could disable, damage, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems
  • Use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Website without our consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Website
  • Use the Website to harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Infringe any intellectual property or other rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blueseven or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Booking a Service

You may request a cleaning service through our online booking system, by phone, by email, or by other means we make available. A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email or text message. All bookings are subject to our availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at booking, including property size, access instructions, the presence of pets, and any special requirements or sensitivities.

Bookings are available to guests on our Website. You do not need to create an account to book a service.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on the information you provide at booking. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, for example significantly larger size, level of soil, or additional rooms, we may adjust the price after notifying you, or decline to perform the service.

Payment is processed off-Website through electronic funds transfer (e-transfer) or another method agreed with you in writing. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We do not currently collect payment through the Website.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booking. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booking price.

If our team arrives at the property and cannot access it, or is turned away on arrival, the full booking price may be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to weather, unsafe conditions, illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel for these reasons, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any room included in your booking does not meet a reasonable professional standard of cleanliness, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion at info@bluesevencleaning.com or 647-553-4213. We will return and re-clean the specific room or rooms you identified, at no additional charge.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Areas or tasks that were not part of the booked scope of work
  • Conditions or issues that existed before the cleaning, including pre-existing damage, stains, or wear
  • Items or areas excluded under Section 12 (Service Exclusions)
  • Complaints made more than 24 hours after service completion

The re-clean of the specific room or rooms you identified is our sole remedy under the satisfaction guarantee.

11. Access to the Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Confirming the arrival window
  • Providing accurate access details, such as lockbox codes, keys, alarm codes, and parking instructions
  • Securing pets that may pose a risk to our team or themselves
  • Clearing pathways and surfaces where reasonable to allow effective cleaning
  • Ensuring functioning utilities, including electricity and hot and cold water, at the property

You authorize Blueseven and its team members to enter the property at the scheduled time for the purpose of performing the service. You confirm that you have the right to authorize such entry.

12. Service Exclusions

Unless specifically agreed in writing as part of the booking scope, the following are excluded from our standard services and are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Cleaning of fragile, antique, or high-value items not specifically disclosed to us in advance
  • Cleaning of thin metal or plastic blinds, which we will not clean due to the risk of bending or breaking
  • Pre-existing stains, marks, or damage on any surface
  • Marks on walls that require painting or paint touch-up
  • Biohazardous materials, bodily fluids, animal waste beyond ordinary cleaning, or hoarding situations
  • Mould remediation
  • Pest infestations or insect and rodent removal
  • Exterior surfaces, exterior windows, gutters, roofs, garages, or sheds, unless agreed in writing
  • Heavy lifting or moving of large furniture or appliances
  • Cleaning at heights requiring more than a two-step ladder
  • Areas of the property that are unsafe to access
  • Post-construction debris cleanup beyond an ordinary scope agreed in writing

13. Pets

We are happy to work in homes with pets, but you must disclose all pets at booking and secure any animals that may be anxious, aggressive, or at risk of escape. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to doors being opened in the ordinary course of service.

14. Service Area

We currently provide services in Toronto, York, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, and surrounding areas of the Greater Toronto Area. Service to areas outside this region is at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

15. Independent Contractors and Subcontractors

Some cleaning services may be performed by independent contractors engaged by Blueseven, rather than by direct employees. All contractors are vetted, carry their own commercial general liability insurance, and are contractually bound to our standards, including confidentiality. Blueseven remains your point of contact and the party responsible to you under these Terms.

16. Property Damage

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a service, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion, with photographs where possible. We will investigate and, where we determine that we are responsible, repair or replace the damaged item at our discretion, subject to the limitation of liability in Section 17.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing wear, defects, or improper installation
  • Items that were not properly secured
  • Items or conditions excluded under Section 12 (Service Exclusions)
  • Normal wear and tear arising from cleaning

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueseven’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a cleaning service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Blueseven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under consumer protection legislation in Ontario.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueseven, 1001485587 Inc., and their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information at booking
  • Your failure to disclose pets, valuables, or relevant property conditions
  • Your unauthorized use of the Website
  • Any condition of the property that causes injury or damage during the service

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. By using our Website or services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or to our services, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Before commencing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute by contacting us at info@bluesevencleaning.com.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of these Terms and post the updated version on our Website. Your continued use of the Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation we send you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueseven regarding the Website and the services. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
