Blueseven Cleaning Services ("we", "us") collects only the information we need to quote, schedule and deliver a cleaning service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
When you book or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, entry instructions and any notes you choose to give us about your home. Payment details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
We also collect basic analytics about how this site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, and the source that referred you — so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and schedule your cleaning
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and receipts
- To brief the cleaner assigned to your home
- To respond when you contact us
- To meet our tax and insurance obligations
We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate: our scheduling platform, our payment processor, and our email provider. Each is bound by contract to protect it and to use it only on our instructions.
Keeping your home secure
Entry instructions, alarm codes and key details are stored encrypted and are visible only to the cleaner assigned to your booking and the staff scheduling it. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept for seven years, as Canadian tax law requires. Everything else is deleted within twelve months of your last booking, or sooner on request.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we're not legally required to keep it. Email info@bluesevencleaning.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
